At Anxiety Solution, we believe that buying sleeping pills online should be as straightforward and hassle-free as possible. That’s why we’ve put together this simple guide that answers all the commonly asked questions regarding the delivery of sleeping pills and anti-anxiety medicines ordered online through our website.
Packaging
We understand the importance of privacy when it comes to purchasing medication. That’s why we package all orders in plain brown envelopes that give no indication concerning the medicines contained inside and the identity of the customer.
Delivery Time
The delivery time depends on your location of residency. We offer next day delivery to all over the UK. If you place an order and paid before 1:30 pm, it will be shipped same day for the next day delivery. Please note that we do not dispatch packages on weekends (Saturday-Sunday), so if you place an order on those days, it will be shipped on Monday, and you will receive it on Tuesday.
Please note that Anxiety Solution may not be able to ship to certain countries due to import restrictions. If orders are placed from any such country, the company will further inform the customer through email or phone call.
Delayed Shipment
While Anxiety Solution takes every reasonable measure to ensure timely shipment of orders placed by our customers, delays may arise due to several reasons, such as late delivery from suppliers, delays caused due to public holidays, and delays that occur due to issues faced by the postal system. In addition to this, incomplete shipment details provided by the customer can also lead to delays or loss of goods.
Please be informed that we cannot be held responsible for delays arise due to incorrect information being submitted. Therefore, it’s important to make sure that the information you’ve provided at the time of order placement is accurate and complete. If the expected shipment date has passed, and you haven’t received your order, please contact our customer support representatives.
Lost or Delayed Orders
Orders are considered lost if they have not been delivered within 14 days of the order placement. However, unforeseen circumstances can also lead to extensive delays. Therefore, we may not start an investigation for a delayed order until a reasonable amount of time has passed.
It is the customer’s responsibility to contact our customer support representatives if they haven’t received their order. We may not be able to process a refund request if the above-mentioned procedure has not been correctly followed by the customer.
